A Few Willing Hands

It’s been all go at Duke House this week! A few willing hands and a whole lot of jobs getting ticked off the list.

Here's what we've been up to: replacing rotting timber on the decks and making the space safe again; installing a generous donation of storage cabinets is helping us get on top of the overflowing supplies from the shed; and one of our young people is creating a mural in the barn, turning a blank space into something uniquely theirs and giving them a creative outlet along the way!

Scaffolding supplied by Hibiscus Coast Scaffolding is helping us tackle some much-needed roof repairs too!

Every repair, cabinet, coat of paint and helping hand helps make Duke House a safer, more welcoming place for young people to find their way back to awesome.

Thanks to everyone who’s pitched in this week. You’re helping us keep Duke House awesome - from the ground up!
