June Working Bee

Despite the soggy ground underfoot our June Working Bee at Duke House went ahead as planned. We had two main projects to work on:

Building an extra veggie garden bed, which was made possible thanks to the extreme generosity of Central Landscape Supplies Silverdale, who donated the perimeter sleepers and garden mix.

Continuing work on our Sensory Garden, which has been supported every step of the way by the amazing community team at Bunnings Warehouse New Zealand Silverdale.

A huge shoutout to the team at Woolworths New Zealand Silverdale for, once again, fueling the team with breakfast, making the colder winter mornings slightly less cold!

An extra bonus was having our close friends from Spark That Chat come along, all the way from Tauranga!
